The firm provides a wide range of legal services relating to defending Oregon and Washington workers’ compensation claims and Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act claims.

The firm represents employers, insurers, and third-party administrators regarding workers’ compensation claims. We provide recommendations, legal advice, assistance with claim processing, litigate disputes through the administrative hearings and court system, and resolve disputes through settlement negotiations and formal mediation and arbitration.

We also provide legal advice and recommendations to employers regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other laws against discrimination, and HIPAA-related issues.

The firm has successfully argued cases before administrative boards, the Oregon Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
