VavRosky MacColl, PC, has grown throughout the years since its doors opened. The firm strives to cover all areas of legal counsel for the ever-growing concerns that confront employers in their relationships with its employees. We have added strengths in new and broadened areas.

Dennis VavRosky and Kim MacColl have been practicing law together since 1977, and our firm continues to bring you expertise, experience, and advice. Tom Busch joined the firm in 1995 and is not only able to pass along the perspective of over 20 years of litigation experience but also the perspective of a former claimant's attorney. David Johnstone joined the firm in 1996, carrying with him the insight of a former Administrative Law Judge. In 1997, Steve Pfeifer expanded our practice to include Washington workers' compensation defense. Dan Sato brought the additional experience of both a former Workers' Compensation Board staff attorney and claimant's attorney. The firm continues to provide assistance and advice from experienced associates: Ehren Rhea, Susan Maga, and Justin Denham.
