VavRosky MacColl, P.C., is a twelve lawyer firm whose practice emphasizes the representation of employers and insurers in the defense of Workers' Compensation claims in Oregon and Washington; claims under the Longshore and Harbor Workers Act; and advising employers regarding the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and matters arising under the recent HIPPA regulations.

Dennis VavRosky and Kim MacCollhave been practicing together for over 25 years bringing with them their expertise and long-term stability. In 1995, Tom Busch joined the firm, adding the perspective of a former claimant's attorney. David Johnstone joined the firm in 1996 bringing with him the insight of a former Administrative Law Judge. Finally, in 1997, Stephen Pfeifer expanded our practice to include Washington workers' compensation defense.

Since then the firm has continued to grow, adding strengths in new and broadened areas. The firm strives to cover all areas of legal counsel for the ever-growing concerns that confront employers in their relationships with their employees.
